Dr. Brooks and his staff are amazing! I have taken my pets for yearly check ups as well as emergencies. He's been wonderful when caring for my cockatiels and his staff checks in on my pets to make sure they are doing well.

My precious hamster hurt her shoulder, next morning when I called they said I could come in since someone canceled. Everyone there loved animals so so much. It's amazing to see people so engaged in their work. The situation suddenly felt a lot less daunting and mango certainly feels a lot better. Couldn't have picked a better place

The Vet Techs are always friendly and genuinely care about the health and safety of our pets. Dr. Brooks is awesome. He always takes the time to explain everything that's going on and explains every option available per our budget. We've been taking our rats here for years and never had a bad experience.

My bird had a bump on his nose which was causing his beak to cross over. They have me an appointment literally the next day from when i called. I took him in and they gave me all types of explanations and gave me a lot of information, i took him in for surgery the next morning and he was done in the afternoon, they called and updated me on my bird and let me know when i can come get him (they already charged me for an overnight stay so that was pointless) I wasn’t able to pick him up but my dad picked him up the next day. they informed my dad on the medication and how to administer the meds. Update - they charged me for vitamins that they never gave me. They were also supposed to give me a sample size bag of bird food to start my bird on to switch his diet since they said the sunflower seeds and corn in his bird food weren’t good for him. They made my dad buy food, and it wasn’t even the right one that the doctor told me he needed and now my bird won’t eat it. The doctor also told me corn was bad for birds because of the salt however the handout they gave me that says what fruits and vegetables birds can eat clearly states that they CAN eat corn. There’s just a lot of things that aren’t adding up unfortunately and now i’m confused on what to feed my bird. There is still a noticeable bump on my birds nose after the procedure and i’m just hoping they got everything and it’s just swollen but will go down with meds.

Yes, they care for birds. Dr. Brooks is well versed on many creatures, including exotics. My daughter has worked there for over 10 years and had him care for her cats, dogs, birds, rodents, reptiles, squirrels, owl, racoons, crow & hedgehog. He is very capable. Highly recommend.
Yes they do. They also have military discount in services.
I can't say for sure but I would bet on it. I've seen all kinds of animals show up there for treatment and boarding.
Exact cost varies, but my corn was seen for base of $129 plus treatment. Total for her was $164 - Emergency visit. My cat just came home after an emergency visit (with overnight stay) for $214.
They don't do house calls but they do see exotics, and are great with them.
They probably do
I would definitely call citrus Park animal hospital and talk with someone their staff is like no other friendly as can be treat you like family I'm sure they'll be able to help you out
