It was my first time using there service it wasn’t good they advertise first doctor visit free I feel like due to the fact that I had a coupon for a free visit they did not check my dog versus if I would’ve paid I feel like all they did was gave him his rabies shot and brought him back out my dog sound worse than he did when I brought him there I feel like she did not check him for what I brought him there for So basically the visit was for a rabies shot some worm medicine and the flea medicine that was it he wasn’t even in there long enough for a full check up So on top of the $87 I pay for I have to search for another vet to spend more money to see what’s wrong with my dog

No eye contact or visual triage/consideration without an appointment for the next day, even with my cat's eye ball gouged half out and open. Shockingly disheartening response and treatment from veterinarians.

Moving out of the country and the Dr was so helpful. We had to mail the USDA with return postage and they failed. The doctor called as soon as he saw that they returned it. Gave us the opportunity to drive to the office and get the paperwork needed to leave the next day.

The team at the N Tampa location have been amazing!! The staff was very prompt in taking care of me and my sweet GR Bella. We even had an emergency and they got us in and taken care of right away. The doctors were very informative and answered every question I had and more! So grateful for this team ❤️

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
