My appointment was for 9:30 and they were literally done with my dog by 9:45-50. The fastest vet experience I’ve ever had. It was for a routine wellness check up, he needed one vaccine, and he got his nails trimmed all in under 20 mins. I was literally amazed. I will forever come to this location.

I had AMAZING experience with this Banfield location in particular. I live closer to the South Tampa location but when I called in with concerns for my 17 week old puppy I was meet with mainly a attitude and a quick response of how there were no openings in there schedule for the day. I was advised to call another location to check for availability. After being turned off by the costumer service alone I did just so and located the next location not to far from where we live in Tampa. I called around 7:30 am and tho I was again told they had no availability until the following day they listened to my concerns. The women working the front desk was polite and showed obvious concern toward my situation, I was then placed on a brief hold and when she came back to the line advised me to come on is at 3:00 pm that afternoon. On arrival the staff was very pleasant and comforting my puppy had no problem being handed over to them. Dr Jessica Martinez was amazing. She did not make us feel rushed, she listened to every concern we had and developed a plan of action along with some things we should keep a eye on. Her assistant also was very sweet and we had a great time watching her engage with our puppy! I will be visiting this location from now on for any of pet needs. I felt comfortable and informed after leaving there and that's very important to my husband and myself! Thank you again to the team at Banfield Pet Hospital (Carrolwood village center location)!

Everyone was kind and friendly to me, and more importantly, my cat. They were accommodating and saw me earlier than my scheduled time, guiding me to the exam room as soon as I walked through the door. I left with helpful suggestions, medication (that worked magic in less than a day) and the feeling that I could take my cat there in the future. You can tell they really care. I would definitely recommend.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
