DO NOT BOOK THIS CRUISE! I BOOKED IT AND WHEN WE WENT BY THE DOCK A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE TO VERIFY WHERE IT SET SAIL FROM, WE WERE TOLD THE COAST GUARD HAD SHUT DOWN THIS BOAT. THANKFULLY WE WERE REFUNDED BY OUTSIDE Hilton Head.

I don't know the definitive answer, you'd have to call the company but I would think the answer is no. They aren't going to allow a dog in a confined space with the general public. You might be allowed to take him on a private charter but not a ship that holds a 100 passengers.
25 or 30 seems about right. The sunset tour is excellent. We were there in May and saw at least 8 dolphins up close.

No, never leaves the sound and boat is big enough, it is a smooth ride.
