Very disappointing! I made a grooming appointment here and when I arrived, they said there was no groomer on staff that day. The girl at the counter said she called and left a message, but when I questioned her about my phone number and when did she call, it was obvious she was lying. The most disappointing part about it was she had no remorse nor did she offer an apology. I appreciate the owners response, however there is no name or specific contact information. My appointment was on Saturday, March 12th. I made the appointment the morning before and I received a confirmation call later that day at 1:33pm.

About the pet hospital...run by incompetent people now, can't even trim cat claws without whining about it. Lie on the phone so you drive there and then find out they cannot do anything. Miss the old vet that actually knew how to handle cats, even difficult ones. Been coming here with my cat for 6 years but these people now just want to take care of what's easy...very inexperienced staff now.

We love this vet! We have been using this vet for over 3 years now for both our cat and elderly dog. Everyone here is so kind and truly loves our animals, so we feel great bringing them here because they care about our babies as much as we do! We also love that they have a health plan here for our pets, which we use for our elderly dog and it saves us a lot of money. We also love the discounts they do, like Toenail Tuesday!
