Thank u Joshua and Warren for an exceptional job in handling my case. I would extend my gratitude to all the support staffs (Rose, Rhea) in the front office. Apologize if I have missed any names. In few words - Professional, Empathy to clients, Candid, Deliver Results, Timely response, Reasonable Fee. Just to beef up my review. Firstly, 5 starts out of 200+ reviews itself speaks for their quality of work and professionalism. All reviews are TRUE. I spent time drafting & posting this review, based on my personal experience. 1. Are u worried about lawyer fee? – I know this comes to everyone’s mind & ‘m not an exception. When I spoke to Joshua at the outset and one thing that I do remember him saying “Please don’t worry about the fee for now. I want to make sure that u are out of this case. We don’t work for fees but for u/ ur case” My recent conversation with Joshua – If there are areas where the client can avoid lawyer fees, he tells that upfront. “There are free services that u can opt for instead of paying us. We still provide that service but wanted to share it with u because that’s how I was taught, trained as part of this profession” How many does that? It’s a candid & honest conversation. 2. Are u worried about ur case? – Of course, I did as well. Everyone who has a case wanted the best outcome. I chose Joshua and told my requirements @ day 1. He clearly understood my need & worked diligently through the case with timely updates and got it cleared. It was never a smooth sailing, and I did have some painful days with the case. But, when u have Joshua working in the background, he goes above and beyond to meet ur needs irrespective of what may come during the course of the case & provides a future proof solution (He clearly tells u what needs to be done right now to make sure that u are in the best spot 10+, 20+ years from now irrespective of what may change from a law perspective) 3. Who is the face of my case? – There are places where they tag u to an attorney & u may have had occasions where u would speak to someone, or u may not even see that attorney at all. The answer u will receive is “we have a team of experienced lawyers and there 'll be any of our team members who would be assisting u if the attorney assigned cannot make on a specific day” When there are multiple hands in ur case, u cannot expect that empathy and 360-degree knowledge about ur case. But Joshua and Warren are ur face of the case. Both works together and would know about ur case entirely. Right from day1 until the closure of ur case, one of them will be available on all aspects without any excuse. 4. Timing–For the best & expedited case outcome, please work with Joshua & Warren. There are certain things which 'll be out of attorney’s control on timing. But Joshua worked diligently speaking to the DA, Judge or whomsoever it may be, to make sure the clients feels comfortable in receiving case updates & worked to expedite (as applicable) the case. 5. Front office - Everyone in the office, respects ur time. If u want to get an appointment scheduled with ur attorney either in-person or on-call, they respond to u immediately or revert ur call-back in 24 hrs. No excuses like other places. The front office staffs/ management are exceptional. Once I had a situation where I cannot meet during weekdays, and they helped me to find some time on a Saturday to meet Joshua/ Warren. 6. Are u still not convinced?–Have a FREE consultation. How many of them does free consultation? Even if it is free, it 'll be for 30mins max. But Joshua and Warren provide u FREE consultation & u can ask ton of questions to them. They understand what the client faces & would respond to every single question. Secondly when u don’t have legal background, it’s hard to understand those legal jargon. They make sure that u understand the process, legal terms etc. Even if it takes an hour or two, u 'll leave their office with full satisfaction. I did spend time to draft this review because they DESERVE & just a one liner “exceptional job” would not suffice to be in their review pool.
