A couple of years ago, my daughter & I was stranded at the Virginia bus station all night. Enterprise was the only company with GPS. I called, they came to our rescue in less than 30 min. We drove to North Catolina. Renting a vehicle was easy & returning the vehicle was accomplished very quickly. I've been renting with Enterprise off & on for many years. It's vacation time again & I'm renting from Enterprise again. I'll be posting again, after my vacation is over. Thanks for being reliable, courteous & for having a pickup service. I'm looking forward to my next rental in a couple of weeks!! Johnesa Smith

I recently had to get a rental car through my insurance due to a car accident. Enterprise has always been my go to over the years for rentals so it was a no brainer choosing them for this rental as well. This was my first time at the office on Bristol Pike. Everyone I dealt with through the whole process was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of cars as well. There were a few little wrinkles along the way due to my insurance, but all involved worked hard to straighten everything out and make things painless for me. I have always liked enterprise but I am definitely impressed by the Bristol Pike office and if I need a rental car again I will definitely come here.

Someone hit my car, and suddenly I needed a rental. This location was closest to my home, so I decided to give it a try. They were able to provide a vehicle for me in such short notice. The manager, Christian Morales, was the person who took care of me. He is very friendly and kind; definitely good with customers. They gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was up to my liking. The car was in great condition and very clean. Need a rental, this location is the place.
