I have been a client here for a couple of years and I absolutely LOVE them. Before them I was constantly changing pharmacies trying to find one that was quick and helpful. The service is amazing! They are quick, caring, helpful, friendly and overall the best! They go out of their way to make sure you get the best service. If there is a problem with a prescription or with the insurance they take care of it for you without any hesitation. When I had a certain medication and they didn’t have it, they got in contact with a pharmacy that did and took care of it for me until I was able to get the medication with them. I love that they are always private about everything and respect their clients. When we first started with them, my mom would pickup my medication because I was too embarrassed to go. She told me of how friendly they were and so I began going myself, not once have I felt judgment from them! They are very attentive when it comes to refills, I usually get a call that my refill is ready to pickup the day I’m allowed my refill which is usually a day or two before I run out. The have a great at home delivery service, you tell them around what time you are available and they are right there! The staff is also so caring, they have a little jar for donations to help others pay their prescriptions. The pharmacist is very thorough when she explains what and how to use medications. I loveeeee this pharmacy and I encourage others to come here!

Didn't have a bathroom it's what I didn't like about the pharmacy but they were pretty quick about getting my medication thank you

I'm 42yrs old and grew up in San Bernardino. I moved away, but I was born across the street at Community Hospital and had the same dr for 24yrs. I work for the State and know what it is to be a civil servant and provide the utmost customer service. I'm a regular here and t I can honestly say they've provided some of the best customer service around. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a local friendly neighborhood pharmacy.
