So sorry to see this place rated so low. I have had nothing but good experiences. I hope the ratings are old and if they are, I hope people post new ratings to bring the star rating up.

This is our go to pizza place! We have gotten pizza there OVER 15 times since we have moved up to Bel Air. The pizza is consistantly amazing. We do the 'pizza portal' to avoid lines or wait time. We haven't received a pizza that wasn't perfectly cooked with the perfect amount of sauce, cheese, & pepperonis. And the best is their Pepperoni Extra Most Bestest Pizza is only $6 and some change. You CANNOT beat the price and speed. I love Little Caesars! This is our GO-TO when we want good pizza, quickly, amd delicious!

I went little caesars and got a hot and ready pizza. There were a couple people in line in front of me and they all got their pizza and we still had to wait to get the pizza that we saw in the window of the hot and ready station just sitting there. In the end we had a wait longer than the people who just ordered their pizza when we could have just got our pizza in the 30 second we were ordering. And when we finally got our pizza it tasted like garbage. Actually it didn’t have much taste at all.

I have sent a huge kudos review before for customer service. But today to be honest my experience was at the complete opposite end of the scale based on quality this time. Had to wait 6 minutes as the pizza I was requesting was not ready. No problem, I'm patient. But when I got all the way home, it was over cooked, cheese was dark brown, sausage was crusty burnt as well and was not too thrilled with "the 2 inch hair" across one slice. Totally disappointed
