I have never ever been treated the way I was treated at this facility by a medical “professional”. I went in to have a routine drug testing for new employment, I have also done this at other lab companies and I have NEVER had any issue. This place looks dirty, there is no receptionist to help you sign in, the sign in pads do not work correctly. I attempted to sign in twice because I thought I had did it incorrectly. I was addressed about 10 min later by two staff members yelling over to me across the waiting area asking what I was here for. One of the staff members, Kendra, is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I do not know why she works here, she is very unprofessional and clearly miserable. I could not believe how she “greeted” me. Then she took forever in the room with me and also called her boss on her cell phone during my appointment to chat about how her day was going. I felt she was taking long on purpose. She asked me twice if I was sure I could pee after I had already said yes. Every step of the appointment was so unpleasant for NO REASON. It’s a ROUTINE test, pretty easy to complete!!! And there is no reason to be rude to someone about it. After reading other reviews I see I am not the only one who had a terrible experience here and was treated like trash. I will be providing my company with this information so they can change which lab they use in the future. The staff needs more customer service training ASAP.

I’ve been to multiple Quest locations in three different states, and this location is BY FAR the best I’ve experienced! I brought my four year old in for an appointment. The appointment was on time despite a busy waiting room, and the phlebotomists were amazing. They were friendly, gentle, and patient with my four year old who wasn’t happy to be there. I will be using this location for all future blood draws.

I don’t even write reviews but I’m so mortified by what I experienced. More than likely when you’re going to blood it’s to check on a pre existing condition- some which can be scary. If you are in the medical field I believe you should approach your patients with empathy and compassion. The ladies who work here clearly don’t like their job. They don’t care if you’re going in with anxiety and scared of your results they just want you in and out. Oh and if your information isn’t available in their computer, they will send you back to waiting room to wait for probably another 30 minutes after scheduled appointment. That’s an internal error with quest to not be receiving doctors notes. I just don’t get why you enter the medical field to be rude and impatient and basically verbally abuse the people you’re supposed to simply take blood from. Simple job and it’s too overwhelming. Not sure what their names were becuase I left after the disrespect I received. I went over to the quest off Emmorton and had no issues. Don’t set yourself up to be spoken to like your a piece of trash off the street.
