Very unprofessional. This store closes at 7pm. I showed up at 6:42pm, walked in and they asked me if I signed in online. I did not and they informed me that they close at 7pm and could not cut my hair. There was 1 single customer waiting for a haircut. The 2 women working there that night are not customer service oriented at all, which is a shame because that is very important in the haircut industry. I have shown up to other locations just before close and it was not a problem. Obviously they could have cut my hair but did not want to and it showed. I get a military haircut and it takes about 5 minutes or less to cut my hair. Very annoyed by this experience.

My hairstylist was a little rough even after I'd made her aware of it. She also reeked of cigarette smoke, which was kind of making me nauseous. I honestly couldn't wait to get out of there and probably won't go back.

Called ahead prior to driving half an hour only to find out that upon arrival they don’t take appointments or walk-ins today and the person on the phone never mentioned the need to check in online… way to go, you’ve lost my business forever!!
