In the midst of unbearable pain at having to put my precious cat to rest, PALS was amazing. I coordinated through Lap of Love and PALS kept me informed, expressed their condolences and contacted me as soon as my baby was ready to be picked up. Staff was so kind and respectful.

We have used PALS for our individual cat cremations over the years. It was very hard losing our furr-baby (Maxi-Cali). Wyatt @ (PALS) was awesome. He was very kind, compassionate and efficient. I would highly recommend PALS. The Best!!

Wyatt was absolutely amazing, patient, and informative. Our dog, Sasha passed away today. We contacted P.A.L.S. as they were closing and Wyatt stayed late to give us time to get there. It meant so much to us. It’s been a difficult day and your generosity was refreshing. God Bless You All!

They are pretty good. The service is outstanding. Specially at the time we are going through & they make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend them.
I would have to say trust. Any business can tell you what they are going to and with that said, behind closed doors and any business can deceive you. Don't just call them and ask him questions, go in and visit them. Their hearts are full of compassion for what you're going through. I know it's hard to trust people these days, I don't trust many but.. that day we left our beloved furry child in their hands a overwhelming sense of peace was with us. We trust them.
They do home pick up but not sure of the charge. I imagine if they do it will be reasonable like their cremation fees. You should definitely call if you are in the unfortunate circumstance of a lost pet because they are amazing.
You can go in anytime during office hours.
I'm so sorry for you loss I recently revived my cat back from PALS after she passed away November first. Just the standard cremation and the ashes in a nice looking cedar box with a name tag is about $235 with tax. Now they have different boxes and ceramic things for an additional charge. I paid an extra $120 for the ceramic container that I wanted. The other boxes are cool though, they have ones that hold pictures of your animal family member or different types of wood and styles. This is not the happiest review, but when it happens again to me, I will definitely return to PALS. Not only are the prices decent for what you get, their turn around is pretty good and can also do a 1 or 2 day thing if you want to pay an extra $100. The staff is courteous and empathetic. Feel free to reach out if you have further questions.
It took my small dogs prints about 3 days to dry.
I paid 210 for my dog and he was around 80 lbs if you do community dog with other dogs it cheaper
It cost me around 224$$ but 30 of that was my pets paw prints preserved in clay guarentee to get your pets ashes back wonderful cedar box name tag lock and certificate very professional caring facility
Was about $165 and you get a very nice looking small box and they have other kinds of urns for sale
We have had several ferrets cremated through PALS. The last time we did get paw prints and an urn so I was a little higher but still around $200. The tiny urns are very nice.
