I would have to say trust. Any business can tell you what they are going to and with that said, behind closed doors and any business can deceive you. Don't just call them and ask him questions, go in and visit them. Their hearts are full of compassion for what you're going through. I know it's hard to trust people these days, I don't trust many but.. that day we left our beloved furry child in their hands a overwhelming sense of peace was with us. We trust them.

I work there and we garuntee you will get you ashes and your ashes and only your ashes. Thank you all for the kind words

In the past they have offered me the opportunity to view my pets cremation so I would know the ashes would be separate. If you're concerned ask them. I've been going there for years and I have complete trust.in them.

I worked for Pals for 10 years and this would be the only company I would use for my pets or any persons pets that I know. You can trust them 100%.

You can also watch the cremation if you want I'm pretty sure. Also once you talk to the employees there you can see they really care about animals, which for me made it clear they would take the utmost care of my dog. I cannot recommend PALS enough. One of the best businesses I have ever dealt with in my life.

Noah I asked the same question myself. They separate them on the rack before they go in and they have something that catches the ashes from each animal so that they don't get mixed together. They guarantee that you will only receive your babies ashes.

There's no way I could watch, we're waiting for my poor baby's ashes now. I could never say enough how fortunate we were that I called a friend involved in rescues who recommended PALS. I couldn't ask for better treatment for my family if they cremated me! It's not inexpensive, but if you can spare the money for your baby, we didn't think twice. It's not the simple act of turning a piece of my heart to ashes, it was a person who sat patiently listening, listening to us recount our sweet Pepe's life. Giving us time when we arrived along with two other groups of mourners. We weren't rushed at all. Thank you again for your abundant compassion. Bill, Dan and Fritzl

I went down there personally for all of my pets but one (that went thru the vet's office). They seem trustworthy, but I believe there is an option to watch, as mentioned above. There may be an extra charge for that, possibly. The other pet cremation place, that some vets have gone to, does their cremations out of town.

When they talk to you, the let you know that they are on their own. No other pets go through the process with your pet.
