The staff was wonderful and tentative! The menu is huge and everything sounds, and looks, fantastic. I had to give my waitress a few options and let her pick what I was eating. She was excited to have that option and her choice did not disappoint!! I'll be going back without a doubt. So many other options!

I wrote a review for this place under reviewing Tollgate Market Place. This place is yummy and the service was great especially with the place being crowded. My friends and I met there at 4 pm on a Saturday and that was a good time to go. Shortly after that there was a line of people waiting for a table. Three of us split two orders of the chicken zingers and they were tasty, lightly breaded and moist. I got their pepperoni flat bread and I really enjoyed it. I took half of it home and had the rest of it for breakfast the next morning. With the flavors melding together it was probably a little bit better the second time eating. My friends got burgers and thoroughly enjoyed them. Our server, Jara, I believe I’m remembering her name correctly, was great, very friendly. There are plenty of TVs to watch your sports games. My friends suggested this place and I’m glad they did. A good time was had by all. You know a place is good when you see a long line of people waiting to be seated!

Eh. Just like any other chain - below average food, but the staff was nice at the location. I ordered the chicken BLT with a Caesar salad as a side and my father ordered a burger. It wasn’t busy, so we were seated immediately. Greeted quickly and kindly. The Caesar salad arrived first, about a quarter of the leaves were wilted and on the brink of being slimy. Some were brown. That dressing was watery. All around not great. The chicken BLT was good, but the issue was the sandwich came out approximately 5 minutes before the burger - a table needs to be served together, period. This was post lunch hour, so it wasn’t even busy. That was pretty disappointing, apparently it was a computer issue (they apologized because I’m sure they could see it on my face that I was a little displeased). The positive thing about the chain is everything on the menu is familiar. I’m sure you would be satisfied, but it’s not going to be anything impressive.
