The ice cream here is the best. Coffee is always made well and it's open later than most dunkins.. the service here is more pleasant and friendly than most and there's outside seating.

Today was a rough morning for Dunkin Bel Air. I think they are short staffed because it took 9.5 minutes to order at the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me and another 5 minutes to get to the window. I only saw 2 people working and they seemed to be frustrated with each other. This is the 1st time I've had this issue at this location. Normally, even with the car line wrapped around the building, it takes less than 10 minutes.

This place is horrible. They don’t speak English and it too 5 minutes for him to understand what I was ordering I had to point to it on the menu board. It then took almost another 5 minutes to make the coffee. Then it was over $300 for this tiny cup.
