Excellent location online orders are always correct and filled promptly. Also found a cologne in stock that supposed to be online order only,nice store layout and bright inside. Employees are always helpful if you need it and friendly.

I was in the store today and Kate was so helpful. She made several recommendations. She helped my locate several items and color matched my concealer and grabbed me some makeup remover. She’s the best customer service I’ve ever received at this location. I hope I have her name right. She was working in the front of the store around 2 pm today. She was kind of tall. She had faux freckles painted on. Looked so cute.

Manager could not honor my request to discount item due to noticeable damage as soon as you open the box. (Please see photo) OseA is not stocked regularly at this store location. At best you may randomly find a product by the brand. Manager stated otherwise which is clearly false. This cleanser was THE ONLY product I could find by the brand OseA. Would of loved to exchange item for new bottle or another item by the brand via in store but this was the only item from brand in store! Manager only offered refund or exchange (which would take 3 - 5 days?) despite me informing her that I purchased this cleanser due to eczema irritation on my skin. I even started the conversation with this fact. After experiencing the lack of accommodation and consideration I will be returning this ($48) cleanser. Never have I EVER experienced a beauty supply store that did not take into consideration the facts and could not accommodate due to the obvious circumstances. OseA is a great company but unfortunately not this ULTA location. In the future I know not to shop here and to get my OseA products directly from OseA. Especially since this ULTA location does not have a section for this brand.

I mean it's a great selection of items but I don't feel comfortable ever coming back here because I was racially profiled. One of the employees followed me around since I stepped in. I walked all over that store to test her and she was right behind me. I had a nice stack of large items too. Who's stealing a morphe palette the size of a laptop and a bunch of bulky skin products? I kept it to myself for a week but it's been bothering me. Didn't appreciate that coming from someone grounded in morals. Do better.
