Sound Audio Repair was awesome to do business with. I brought in my non-working Denon DRM-710 cassette deck & they diagnosed the issue, completed the needed repairs & brought this fine unit back to life...! Ethan and his audio repair specialists provided excellent customer service throughout.the repair process. I highly recommend Sound Audio Repair and would go back to them if I ever have any other audio repair needs..a great business to have in Olympia..thanks!

I took my Luxman preamp to Sound Audio hoping that they could fit it with a new power relay. This seemed like an easy job but the relay was not available and the problem was not always apparent. Sound Audio tested my gear and agreed with my diagnosis, found a suitable relay and installed it with care. Now my fine old preamp is up and running like new. The price was fair and the personal service was excellent. Sound Audio Repair is real people providing excellent service to our community at a fair price.

Sam's team came through for me. I had a balance control issue on a McIntosh C26 preamp and after a few e-mails back and forth to diagnosis the problem we settled on a course of action. The C26 is working better than ever, work done at the agreed upon price at a great lead-time. Thanks

I cannot recommend Sound Audio Repair enough! When frequenting a local business, you want to be able to trust the people who work there to be honest and use care when dealing with you or your items. This is the one thing that stands out most about Sam, the owner/operator, and his employees. They simply care more than most, and I always know I'm getting the straight-forward truth from them regarding my electronics. In addition, the level of expertise they possess is astounding!

I'm a customer and am not sure if Sam fixes 12 volt equipment. If he does not I would recommend you either get one ftom a wrecking yard or replace it with a after market radio. I used to work inthe 12 volt radio business and can tell you a new factory radio will cost in excess of $250
