Toms River Staples Hired A ANGRY PERSON who's running Customers away, I came with the intention to purchase a Laptop for School and Buisness after giving some time to think about which one would be perfect for my needs. The Sales Representative Jared was not very helpful nor friendly he got a attitude with the way I approached him, I couldn't see his name tag clearly So I called him BUD I know people have bad days but this is unacceptable to have happen twice to me I will drive the extra 10miles to the Lakewood Store for buisness supplies and a new laptop. Thanks Tony for apologizing for your Co-worker but this is unacceptable.

Richard, was very knowledgeable and was there every step of the way with selecting a laptop. He was very honest, and informative. Getting a new laptop can be overwhelming, but Richard made it a good experience and was extremely helpful.

I am having difficulty finding a mouse pad that really works like it is supposed to. When it gets slippery, the cursor often doesn't follow the mouse. Even a new mouse pad from Staples is too slippery to be reliable.
