Fantastic front office and maintenance team. Yes the apartments have old tech in them. Yes stuff breaks a bit more then expected. But if the AC broke, they were out there within 6 hours. If the washer leaked, sink squeeked, or ice maker broke. Those repair techs were well mannered, cracked jokes, and got the job done. If I had a complaint, they did their damndest to fix it. The folks that work the office are there for you. For being a small team, it was the best experience I could have hoped for in renting. They put tenant relations first and don't give you dumb customer service answers, they're honest about everything and I respect them for that. If I'm ever back in concord and end up renting. I'll look here first.

Lived here going on 12 years. NOT because I love it here but the rent was affordable. Not the best place to live but it is ok and I felt safe except the first year when they had a peeking Tom looking in people windows at night and day time. My neighbor got the dude. Yes it can get trashy but that because of lazy people sending their kids to the dumpster. I'm am so ready to move only because I feel I'm gotten myself in a runt and gotten to comfortable. I hate the parking and putting up a bunch of handicapped signs everywhere. I just like having my own sparking space that why I'm saving for a home

I lived here several years ago, back when my rent was around $655 a month. Yeah, that's how many years ago. Good luck finding anything like that now. When I lived here, I loved the office ladies. They were always super polite and helpful. Despite its location behind the S&D Coffee plant, I never heard truck or factory noises and was able to sleep soundly through the night. The apartment has a nice pool and a tiny exercise room. You get a key to these when you live here, which is really convenient. I used to use the exercise room during ungodly hours when no one else was around. At that time, there was a stationary bike, a treadmill, and a few weights. I have no idea if they've gotten more since. There was always ample parking, and the units themselves are laid out in a way that makes them feel very open and spacious. In a few years when I'm in the market for an apartment again, I may be coming back to The Cloisters of Concord because I liked it that much.
