The staff today was unbelievably kind and caring. They got me in and out quickly. Listened to my issues. And addressed the problem in a timely manner. One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you Provider Naomi and Nurse Karen.

Instead of making me an appointment I got turned away because they were at full capacity I have gone to 3 different urgent cares and this one only has a 15 minute wait the empty lobby Instead of accepting me I was turned away Due to high volume of patients

This provider PA Gayle Harris was in a small urgent care office celebrating a coworkers birthday with catered food. And while that may be nice at an outdoor park I went in with a migraine that hadn’t quit for days and was more triggered by the strong smelling food they were eating in the main lobby as well as at the nurses station. Which led to severe vomiting. This PA decided she would make her case as to why they were eating as opposed to treating a patient that was made to wait while she ate her lunch. Mind you I had an appointment arrived early and still had to wait for them to begin and finish having their fun. I did go to another urgent care and was immediately treated for what is a serious infection. That said, zero stars.
