We signed up for obedience class only to find out on the day of our first class that the trainer had walked out. This class was a 6 week commitment that was now going to be delayed 3-4 weeks. PetSmart offered to make us drive 30 minutes to their Independence location or derail our entire summer schedule. We were disappointed that no earlier notification or suitable options were given (perhaps PetSmart should have had another trainer come to the LS location rather than push additional travel into the customer (at $4.49 per gallon). In the end we requested a refund. Zero communication store to the consumer. Shame on you PetSmart.

I wish I could give more then a 5 star rating. Just had my dog groomed by Emily K. And she did an amazing job. She was fast, efficient, and extremely welcoming. I have to recommend her for anyone who is trying to find a wonderful groomer!! She has always taken care of my dog as if she were her own. She’s the only groomer that my dog as gone to and I will continue to bring my service to her for anything with grooming!!

Knowledgeable staff helped us properly plan and prepare to take care of our new cold blooded friend. They had several bearded dragons to choose from and all the supplies that were needed to give him a cozy habit in his new home. Very pleased with their prices, selection and helpfulness!

This Petsmart is super clean! Very well merchandised and well stocked. We were greeted by several associates and they seemed genuinely interested in helping us. Love the Bully stick products, local companies get my money!
