Dropped off a bag of clothes earlier today and patiently waited for over an hour, which didn’t bother me I could see there was a bag ahead of me. But when I walked in after an hour to see how much longer, they handed me my bag and it was obvious no one had even looked in it. Really didn’t sit right with me because it was a complete waste of time. I would never recommend this place to a friend even though I really like to support recycled clothing. Very disappointed.

3.5 stars Cleanliness: 6.5/10. The store itself seemed clean enough, but in the dressing room, there are clear dirty shoe prints on the bench. Did not want to put my stuff on the bench. Clothes are well organized by color and types of clothing Products: Good amount of stuff. I like that they actually have stuff on clearance even tho it’s a thrift store. Thought that the fake tattoos were super cute product to offer Staff: Jessica was friendly and helpful. Important to note, staff should be mindful of conversation topics and volume of conversations with customers in store. Did not enjoy what I had to listen to Overall: Had a decent shopping experience. Another note, they definitely need new body mirrors because the one in the fitting room and outside of it was definitely oddly warped/distorted in some spots
