Don't trust Lowe's for installations. While the product selection and pricing is good, it's been over two weeks since my carpet has arrived, and I still cannot get ahold of a scheduler with the contracted company, a so-called Mark's Installations (whose name doesn't even show up in google search results...). Furthermore, I've called multiple times a day to speak with Lowe's regarding the issue with the contracter, and they have not been available. I might buy products from Lowe's again, but I WILL NOT use their installation services again. Boo.

This location has everything I need I am always redesigning (especially with covid) and this has everything I need. The paints are good and the plants are pretty. When my daughter moved into a new house I suggested this. The light fixtures are magnificent! Although they do not require people to wear masks I think it still is very good. Therefore I do suggest social distancing but overall it is still a very good place to go. Overall come here if you're looking for right fixtures appliances and things to fix appliances. But if you're trying to be as safe as possible try going somewhere else of course employees wear mask just not customers.

I did drive up pick up last night and they gave me a tote with a broken lid. How did they not notice when carrying it out and placing it in my vehicle that it was broken?! So this morning I went in to get a new lid, waited in the return line for 10 minutes to ask to get a new lid. Go back to get a new lid, they're off course on the top shelf, I ask several employees for assistance to get a lid from the high shelves and got zero help. Awful customer service at this store. So now I'm still stuck with a broken tote lid!
