Great price value only wish they would reopen their dressing rooms.

went in to buy black pants, no greetings, dirty merchandise. did ask a young lady if another pair in particular size was available since the floor sample was dirty, dirt was streaked on both legs of pants, she answered all the stock was on floor, she offered to see if merchandise on floor can be discounted, a male team member responded very aggressively, made me feel very unwelcomed. young lady approached me asking if i still wanted the black pants, I told her quietly that i don't think her team member wanted me to shop in this store, and left. very disappointed, i went to replace an old pair of pants that i had bought from H&M couple years back. This experience is making me look for merchandise at a different company.

Masks required, like most businesses, ok cool no problem, only issue is I Don't have a mask. Ok no big deal right? I'll just go in and there should be some disposable masks by the door like literally EVERY SINGLE BUSINESS IN THE MALL. Nope. I was wrong. No masks, ok so I think to myself maybe they are stored somewhere, so I looked for an employee to ask for one because I literally do not have one and Haven't needed one in awhile. A store employees approaches me and yells at me where my mask is, I said I was actually trying to find someone to ask if they had any, to which she replies "No. Either leave or you can buy a 2 pack of masks for $12.99." Let me get this straight. I'm allowed to get in line, check out, and purchase masks for $6.50 a PIECE but I am NOT allowed to get in line, check out, and purchase the $25 pair of tie dye shorts I have wanted all week? The lunacy and stupidity of these rules and the people enforcing them baffles me. You can not deny that is the dumbest thing ever. Additionally, I am researching if it is legal to require masks without providing them. Even the asain spa across the street has face masks sitting out for free. If it is not legal I will definitely be reporting to the proper authorities.

This was my first time in the store. It was very clean and very well organized. It's nice to have styles for the whole family in one place. The prices vs quality is very good. Sales people were sparse but friendly when approached. They didn't try at all to interact with customers. This could be construed as positive and negative. I'm looking forward to shipping here again, soon.
