Always good and quick, but I need to start checking my order before I leave the window. The past 2 visits they gave me crispy instead of original. Still good, just not what I ordered.

I gave this place a second chance to redeem themselves but they still let me down I ordered 2 thighs I got one thigh And a leg. I went around 9 pm and the chicken must have been sitting all day cause it was dry and it was hard I trashed the chicken this will be the last time I visit this place And it didn't help that the person that helped me was very very rude!

Ordered a large order of mashed potatoes. Nearly $6.00 Manager/owner filled the order. Would have called and complained but.. What's the point this was no mistake this was robbery. Would have received more if I had bought a small as there would be a empty bowl. Place gone down hill fast and this is not due to staffing. 100% greed Lee's Summit KFC KEEP IT UP YOU WONT BE ANY LONGER!! If you must go check your order before pulling away from the drive though.

Still a huge fan of the KFC famous bowls. They had to make some fresh popcorn chicken for us but it didn't take them very long to do so. Very friendly staff at this location. Very clean environment also! Thanks for working I know right now things are just off around the world but I want every single person who works in fast food to know how much I appreciate them. You're tougher than I am.
