We had an awesome service from the moment we booked the rooms. LaQueasha was able to get us conjoining rooms. She was so amazing over the phone helping us planning our stay, give this girl a raise! Chandler was the gentleman who checked us in and treated my family like his own he was wonderful and you should keep him. We had an amazing stay over all the rooms were lovely we were able to Bond as a family and visit. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area to visit. As you can see the kids enjoyed the pool. I will always book with Choice hotels.

BEWARE. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I FOUND BLACK MOLD around the entry way in my room, a 2 foot section at least! Which they refused to acknowledge or compensate me for after staying two nights in that room, causing myself and my toddler to both sneeze and have a stuffy nose. I unknowingly thought it was allergies! And if that wasn’t enough, I had two different rooms (I asked to be moved after the first discovery of smell, leaking fridge, etc), both of which smelled of wet moldy carpet. The toilets wobbled, the drains were clogged, the fridge was pouring water in one and was left standing open in the other so it took a full day to come back to temperature. The carpets left our socks BLACK. It was literally the worst experience and they have YET to try and make anything right. Their only courtesy was allowing me to check out a day early for a refund of the night that I had yet to use. The HR person on-site told me that “they” aka management “probably wouldn’t do anything about it” and then back tracked his statement after I told him I wanted that on video, and said he’d “ask them about it.” It’s been several days and management has still not reached out. I called the corporate line for Choice Hotels and was only offered a minuscule amount of rewards points (not even close to enough to get myself and toddler a room somewhere else for the night) and was directed to speak to the hotel manager. Just appalling.

Had a great stay. Rooms were on the older side but very nice. Air worked well. Lots of space in the room. We had 2 adults and 1 kid.

Actually attending the meetings adds an extra measure of accountability and personal support. My Saturday morning leader is Karla and she is delightful, positive and energetic.
