We called to have an estimate on our bathroom remodel. Tom was the contractor and we had a new vanity, lighting and mirrors installed along with painting and flooring. Three weeks later we had our walk in shower completely redone. It turned out amazing. The office was always responsive and Tom was excellent. We are very happy with the results.

Installer suggested reusing molding material. I agreed. Work looked terrible, installer blamed used material, instead of telling me the job was coming out poorly. Also used caulking on molding, caulk lines bleeding into red paint, not at all smooth. Zack from Co. offered to send him back to fix it, but after rude comments from installer, including "I'm not coming back here" I request a different mechanic come and fix. it. Zack refused, citing Co. policy. So don't believe the "satisfaction guaranteed" claim on their web site. They wanted to charge me for "demo" if someone had to take off the bad work! Labor cost for this job was $1300, and installer was here, on & off, for perhaps 10 hours. Pretty good money for lousy workmanship! After a few weeks, this company finally offered to make my job right, using another craftsman. Thanks! Martin Bauer came and looked at the previous job, and promised to make it right. Today he did just that! Restored my faith in this company, and thanks again for making it right.

I called and got an 2/10 appointment for an estimate on bathroom work. No one showed up, and 1 hour after the appointment time I called the office. I was told that Dave was assigned to my project, and he was usually pretty good. They would get in touch with Dave, and have Dave call me. Dave did not call, nor did anyone else ever call back to check.
