We we’re in town for a BB tournament. The evening front desk staff spent more time outside smoking than helping customers. The bathrooms in the lobby were filthy and disgusting and the staff refused to clean them. The manager Jason was rude and hateful to the guests. He was more interested in chatting w/people at the bar and treated us w/complete disrespect. The room we were in was not cleaned and I had to get sheets to put on the bed myself due to them supposedly being full. I called the front desk 4 times during the night due to a loud sound like running water in the wall at the head of the bed. No one ever came to check it out. Will never go back.

Staff was great. Room wasn't. The shower pan was so dirty we left in the morning without taking a shower. The room smelled like body odor. I would call this hotel the least terrible of all the hotels in Jonesboro. Next time, I'll keep driving.

Rooms are small and ours was not very clean. Food in fridge from previous occupants. Floor not vacuumed. $300+ and have to purchase breakfast separately. ($4.00 for one candy bar!) Staff was very friendly and polite.

I've never been in a courtyard like this one. Very modern design. The big lobby is great for chilling with friends. Had a good time at the bar in the lobby. The bartender even stayed late so we could hangout longer.
