My family and friends with their family rented from this company and we were so disappointed with a few things. Most of all we had an unannounced visit from the property manager, (Josie) the first evening we arrived. She just walked in, returned something and helped herself to the ice in the fridge then left. I feel as a paying tenant for the week there should never be an unexpected visit. We deserve privacy as if it were ours for the week. I have been coming to SML and renting for 10+ years and have never experienced this.

Hathaway (June) We had a great time at the Autumn Holiday house. The house was clean and the interior looked even better than the posted pictures. The walls were decorated with lovely art/pictures. Every other trip out you would see deer up close. The screened porch was nice and the trees provided a lot of shade in the backyard. This section of the lake is not super busy with boat traffic, so it’s a relaxing stay. There is a marina across the lake that is only a short drive. I highly recommend renting a boat and getting some pictures with the mountain near the dam behind you. SML Vacation Rentals was very responsive to our questions. We really had a great time and I would go back in a minute. I highly recommend this house.
