A great stay after driving for 3 days. The staff are nice, and not rude. My room is very quiet, clean, and bed is very comfortable! (That makes a huge difference) Did I mention that they are pet friendly??!!! I received a doggie bag for my pet upon check-in. I didn’t utilize any of the amenities because I just wanted to rest, but they have multiple areas to eat from and activities to do. (Singo was being played upon my arrival) I will definitely stay here again when passing through Arkansas.

Overall, we had a great experience! The room we stayed in was nice and the bed was one of the comfiest hotel beds I have slept in. Only downside (which won't be a downside for everyone) was how busy the lobby was. They had live music most of the weekend. However, the sound did not carry upstairs. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Too many "No's". I met the staff at entry to the restaurant and asked what time they closed and was told 11:00, but the last order was taken at 10:45. Staffer looked at her phone and it said 10:45, but they couldn't take my order for an appetizer to go. At 8:30 the next morning I asked for a later check out because I wasn't sure how long the line would be at a local breakfast place. I needed an extra 30 minutes, maybe 60. When the person at the counter started his answer with, "mmmmmmm, I'm gonna have to ask housekeeping" I knew I was in trouble. This was on a Sunday morning with no large event coming in that day. I'm a Hilton Gold status traveler and my family and I have stayed here maybe 10 times since it opened a couple years ago and every time something comes up, which is why I'm writing a review like this. Too many trips like this. A nice building, but since you folks can't say yes to really simple guest requests I don't have a choice but to go to the Holiday Inn up the street.

All 10's across the board!!! By far the best, cleanliest, most hospitable, luxurious, attentive, professional, and superb hotel experience I have ever had (and I've had a lot)!! This franchise deserves recognition for their superb attention to detail; everything from the wonderful professional gentleman at the guest check in desk (Kit) who helped us with our reservation hiccup and made us feel welcomed and like we were the only guests there! Fantastic employees all the way to the housekeeping staff and esp the breakfast staff- and whoa what a selection of fine dining that was!!! Truly a remarkable experience! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub jacuzzi and even had a fantastic workout and yoga session in the full size 24/7 fitness center (with complimentary ear buds). Room service was a delight and a 10 as well. I highly recommend, if you can afford the $240+ a night price range, to pamper yourself and see what a real hotel experience is like by staying here!!!!! This franchise definitely deserves some recognition!
