Positive: The staff was accommodating and very friendly. Had all the necessities needed for overnight stay. Pool area was very relaxing Negative: Rooms needed to be deep cleaned not as clean as would like but not filthy!!! But a good price for the area

Even though the listing I read said it only had a hot tub on site. I was pleasantly surprised to not only learn they had a hot tub room, but I was able to afford it! It was a little larger than average 3 sided design but it sure felt N - I - C - E. I will recommend to everyone. As you can undoubtedly see, I didn't plan on writing this but I thought, no I owe it to all the people out there whose money doesn't come from a well of wealth that will never dry up. Most of us have to live in those people's world and I think it's time we all band together and report quality wherever we see it. We sure see plenty of the other extreme do we not? I truly hope this helps anyone planning a last minute trip or stay in Jonesboro, AR. You can't go wrong with this under rated local gem. Thank you for your time.

Was in town for a youth baseball tourney, checked in with no problem. When we arrived at the room found out it must have previously been a smoking room, because it had a strong smell. The room seemed pretty clean, however the toilet had multiple hairs on it. There were only 2 towels in the bath and since we had 4 people, I went to the front office to get more towels. The clerk at the front informed me that I would have to ask the night clerk when they came on duty. After our ball games I returned to the front office and was informed by the night clerk that after 5pm there were no towels to give out. I stressed that having 4 people and 2 towels was unacceptable. I ended up buying a couple towels for a local store. The pool was covered with a foamy substance so I wouldn't allow the kids to swim. The atmosphere was in the back of the motel where our room was located was less than favorable. Had I not been with my family, I would had not felt safe for them to stay there.

Aside from the tub being a bit smaller then I like I have enjoyed my stay her so far. I myself have not had interaction with the staff as my husband did all of the checking in so that's why only. 4 stars. Room wise the room was clean and tidy but a tad warmer then we like when we arrived but that's not really the hotels fault. Location wise its not in a bad spot at all right off the highway and right across from burger king and waffle house so theres options for food for quick bites if needed
