I was greeted upon entering. I asked another lady for advice and she gave me an exceptional in depth response. I heeded her advice. Line was long and another store associate promptly came over to open another register. 10/10 experience all around.

I had a situation on 6-24-2022 where the groomer, Robert, cancelled my appointment less than 30 min before the appointment was suppose to start. I drive 30 min from Raeford because I love this location so much. Robert was extremely rude and told me that they were no longer taking any dogs even though the grooming salon did not close until 9pm. They lied and said that they confirmed the cancellation with me on the phone. I guess to keep me from going to the store manager, they wanted to hurry and reschedule my appointment. I thought this was unacceptable. I was so angry and did not want to cause a scene so instead I left, got in my car, and called the store to speak to the manager. The manager was extremely nice and apologetic. They made sure to book another appointment with a new groomer and did not charge me. The groomer Ginny did an awesome job on my dogs and I will definitely be using them moving forward. Thank you so much to the store manager and Ginny for everything!

Hated to see the in house vet leave. It used to be a one stop shop. They still have everything else you'll need. Supplies. Groomers are excellent. Training classes. As a matter of fact, we'll be taking our new dog to the next obedience class this month (May). I pretty sure we're training the dog this time and not the other way around. 😅

Always happy to visit Petsmart on Ramsey. Grooming staff is professional, friendly and oh so sweet to my two boys. Store staff is wonderful too. Thank you for caring about my fur babies. 🥰
