This is a wonderful place to work. Team leaders inspire us through nursing excellence, promoting a culture of safety, and prioritizing education and EBP.

Joseph Warner gives me faith in doctors again, which after the gauntlet I have had to run through the last 2 decades is saying something. He treats me like a person, remembered me and my situation 3 months after seeing him last, not just a quick rundown off my paperwork and winging it. Seriously he should be the golden standard in dealing with patients. He didn't seem rushed, was articulate and caring in his explanations. I was more than just another appointment and he was not at all jaded like others I have seen.

Joseph Warner is a liar who evidently prescribes placebos and medicine you don't even need. I've been wearing the patch for approximately 6 months and with no notice Warner stopped treatment. I have 2 left but have not had one on for a week with absolutely no side effects. He was supposed to call in one medication for me but cancelled it without telling me why. He then sent a prescription for high blood pressure even though my blood pressure is under control. I called 4 times to find out about these meds but he never returned my calls. When I called to make an emergency appointment I was notified I was no longer a patient. Warner hasn't even had the decency to tell me. I have crushed discs, bone spurs, and a pinched nerve in my spine but he would only discuss my fibromyalgia. Which is under control too. He thinks he is smarter than he is. He should not be a pain specialist because he doesn't look at the facts. He looks at other doctors opinions.

Shortage of "level-2 above certified providers," which was caused by Company's reassigning two good providers,, Ms. B and Ms. X, to the Tacoma office, also by Company's not hiring replacements. First, Ms. B, and then Ms. X left the Olympia office last summer. Since then, the waiting time has been twice longer. Even worse, my new provider Mr. X was not competent, let's say, he is too "scared poking veins" to stick a needle deep enough to hit the spot (so he told me). Immediately, I stopped going there.

I'm not sure about a pain pump; however I would recommend them for all aspects of pain management. They have been treating me for 4 years and I'm doing good with my pain management. The staff is very nice and compassionate.

My wife has been trying to contact Anesis by phone. Recording comes on saying that the phone number is not in service. Anything wrong with your phone lines?

Are there any pain centers that are unbiased in Olympia? Anesis really is the worst I have had to go too in my twenty plus years of pain treatment. There is no help if you cannot do surgery

Do you treat many fibromyalgia patients and allow them to continue on meds that they are currently taking. Especially compliant patients.

Not sure of the treatment other than Rxz your use too ? They however have a procedure other than epidural. And are more likly to treat the issues than scripts. Or both? They treat the issues. That cause the pain & are very nice and helpful. I'm treated like an individual and very happy they address all my to many to list issues.
