What to do about brown color water in a senior living complex Isn't this a health hazard n how can we get our water tested? Are there related costs involved

It often happens in the spring when water consumption rises and the wells come back online. The water dept flushes the lines to remove sediment that has accumulated during the winter months. The brown color is not toxic, but if you like, call the Carson City Utility Billing dept. and make a report for the technicians. The number is 887-2355.
