I started coming to True Self at the end of July. Over the years I've tried to get into a consistent yoga practice, and haven't yet been able to find a way to stick with it for longer than a week or two. I'm so glad I found True Self- I've been coming 3-4 times a week ever since. I love the hot yoga and fusion classes. I always feel welcome, and I love that there are always people with all different body types and abilities in all of the classes. The instructors are always supportive and friendly. This place is good vibes only. Other positives: it feels really reasonably comparatively priced, the studio is always clean, great changing room, a variety of instructors to choose from, and classes at all different times. If I have one complaint, it's that the classes sometimes on the mid-day weekends can get really full really fast.

True Self is a haven of peace in a stressful world. The owners are beautiful people who communicate their passion for and knowledge of yoga with every word and gesture. I have never been anywhere else that has allowed me to feel so comfortable and loved. Vajra, Christina, Anne, and the other, talented instructors are doing so much to foster a supportive community space and they're doing an incredible job. Their teacher training is well-rounded and balanced. I highly recommend satisfying your yoga needs here. True Self is easily the best yoga studio in Olympia.
