0/10. Must avoid. Management is unprofessional and communicates poorly. Additionally, they have a secret agreement wherein they have arranged a racket with the tow company. They will issue new stickers on a whim, not distribute them and tow you without a sticker. They will also tow you if you’re tags are expired! That’s not even legal. They don’t care about their residents and just want to make a buck. Live elsewhere.
