The best hotel ever, very nice people and nice room and didn’t smell bad, the breakfast was great, the pool looked nice and clean! I would recommend this to anyone! Very pet friendly too!

Rooms are as pictured. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Staff was very nice and helpful. It’s quiet in the hallways. Only thing this hotel needs is elevators. I stayed three days and didn’t have one issue otherwise.

Do not book through hotels.com. This hotel has the most insane requirement of $100 CASH DEPOSIT if you prepay the room. If you don't have it, the front desk says "oh well, our GM requires it and there's the ATM over there" meaning you have to eat the $5 ATM fee, fill out a bunch of paperwork, and keep this yellow receipt and they won't give you your money back unless you give that yellow sheet back, which sounds like they are hoping you'll lose it (even tho they have the white copy and records of you paying it). The room was musty so we reported it to the front desk (because they said they would check the room the next day and if something was wrong or they thought they smelled smoke they would keep your $100 cash), no towels by the pool, but we were super tired and hesitant to have to wait on hotels.com to deal with a refund to book a better hotel nearby. Front desk woman was nice but had no idea how to use the system and it took us forever to get checked in. Let this be a warning. Do not go there, there are tons of options nearby that don't involve possible scams and cash upfront. Also, I guess this GM doesn't care that he's putting his front desk clerk at risk with just a lone person and tons of cash in a register. Totally weird, unacceptable to find this requirement out at the front desk. We are calling hotels.com to report them, hopefully they'll get removed from being able to list.

Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Staff when we checked in was helpful and super friendly. Room was just okay, its older and could use some updating. Didn't seem like they had vacuumed well before we checked in. We had clean linens and plenty of towels. AC worked great. Pool is small, but sufficient. The morning staff was helpful, but fell asleep on the couch watching the news. Overall probably wouldn't go back. I expected more for the price point.
