My family and I came from OC Calif to visit great grandpa. Our agent had made reservations at this location! We were Exhausted from the fight and two young girls. My husband went in to get the key and we made our way to the room. This place is more like a hole in the wall, the room smelled like a Dead body and carpet and bed both were Filthy this was so disgusting. My husband went back to the front office and shared our concerns with the front office and the guy told him “I can give you another room but it will be the same” we Immediately called our agent and informed her of the situation. At the end of the chaos 2 hours later we were told that if we did not want to stay at “Quality Inn” we would loose 2 days of money. We had no choice but to look somewhere else. We found a much better Hotel “Comfort Inn” in Franklin is way better!!! Don’t believe the pictures you see … God blessed!!!

This hotel was a good place for a short stay. It is close to lots of food places and the Corvette Museum as well as other shopping options. The beds were comfortable and the heater worked well. Check in was easy and quick despite the $30 deposit that I was unaware of until I arrived and Tom at the desk was a pleasure to talk to.

The room smelled like dirty feet the breakfast is not what they say it is. They have a waffle maker but no batter the sausage biscuits were the kind you get in a box at the store that is fake biscuits and fake sausage there was bag gravy and no biscuits. We stayed on a Saturday night they jacked the prices up for the rodeo that was in town because the prices for the next night went down to 71 dollars felt overcharged for what we got do not recommend this place at all they charge you a extra 30.00 deposit in case you break something in the room lol I’m grown and don’t go around breaking stuff

Room was very clean and looked to be newly remodeled. And pool area was fantastic! Going to bring a suit next time. They do need to add some kind of breakfast, because there is none. Also no restaurant guide or list of to order from , And no dresser or Bible, which would have been nice. Will definitely be going back.
