Me and my kids usually like this place however the last last few times we went have been disappointing. Between long wait times, poor customer service. And the doughnuts were cold and hard. I most likely will not be a returning customer.

Rude employee look like she's 10, you should not be rude bc you hate your job! Krispy Kreme is Not what they use to be qualitygo e way down! as there pricesgo up. $13.49 for a dozen of donuts is just ridiculous. Loos like I will stick with Dunkin Donuts from now on.

Got an email stating that they were doing free delivery. So I ordered a dozen of their decorated St. Paddy's doughnuts 24 hours in advance as a surprise for my family and construction workers at our home. Got a text 30 minutes before delivery saying they would be delivered soon. Then got a text 10 minutes prior to delivery that my order had been cancelled or amended & to phone the local shop. When I called in, I was informed that they oversold the St. Paddy's doughnuts and would refund my money my $$. Happy St. Patrick's Day my foot!
