I've been a customer for a little over 10 years. I needed flyers for my client's conference 2 weeks away. Because their lead time is typically a little slow, I wanted to be safe so I paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure I would receive the order within no more than 13 days. On the 12th day I still had not received a shipping confirmation, so I reached out (politely) to ask if there was anyway I could receive the order within 2-3 days. They responded with "Honestly, it might not happen". I had to ask a few more questions to learn that one of their machines broke down and they probably wouldn't be able to help me until "next week". They offered to refund the expedited shipping charge if I cancelled my order. It seems only fair to have the entire order refunded. It's not about the money. It's the fact that their machine was broken and they still could not fulfill an order or reach out within 2 weeks. This is a long time to print 500 flyers. If you're dealing with a deadline, beware! Especially if you need it within 2 weeks.

I first found these guys more than 10 years ago and the marketing products I ordered for my small business were perfect! Just as ordered, super high quality, etc. I haven’t used them 6 years since I sold my business. I recently ordered a banner for personal use rather than business. Their quality is still excellent. And they still create their products extremely quickly. I was very happy with the banner I ordered. I’ll continue to use them when I need printed products. They are more reliable then any other print shop I’ve ever used.

Don't order here if you're on a deadline! I've been a LOYAL GotPrint customer, placing 58 orders since 2015. Recently, I placed an order for brochures like I've done countless times before, I needed them for an event and when I purchased them on the website, I was told by paying the next-day $104 shipping charge, the latest time they would be delivered was the day before the event. Well, here it is two days before the event and I still haven't received tracking so I called and their "customer support" tells me that they aren't even scheduled to be printed until next week. They also informed me that I should know that there's an additional 4 business days that needs to be added onto any order. What the heck is that about? Just be upfront with your customers when ordering. 10 days should be more than enough time to print 2500 brochures. You've lost my business but based on my conversations with your team and other recent reviews on your profile, I don't think you really care anyway. It's a shame, this used to be a great company. EDIT: The company responded with, "We're asking our customers to please allow an additional 2-4 business days for your orders" - the funny thing is that you DON'T ask us to allow that additional time. Your website provides specific delivery dates with ZERO mention of this additional time. You have to understand that customers are ordering marketing materials for their business and need them in a timely manner. In my case, I needed these items for an event. Receiving them a week after the event doesn't help me in any way.

Ordered a set of business cards and was very disappointed to receive a poor quality product. Looks like they were cut with a very dull knife, there were rips on the edges. Given that delivery is not super fast, I have to reprint the cards elsewhere locally because I need them asap for the event. I sent an email to GotPrint with the photos asking to address the situation and never got a response. It's too bad I wasted $26 for 100 cards (including shipping) and almost 2 weeks of time waiting for delivery. I will never work with them again.

We are never happy to hear that we let a customer down, but we feel we did our best to try and help Mr. Ray. This order is from December 2019 and Mr. Ray received the cards as he designed them. He was not happy with the finished product at the time and claimed they was crooked. Upon review, we found the artwork printed exactly as it was uploaded to our system by Mr. Ray. Despite the issue not being on GP's end, we honored our first-time customer guarantee and offered Mr. Ray a $100 discount code, which he accepted. Now, after almost 1 1/2yrs have passed since the order was originally placed and almost a full year since he accepted the discount code from us, Mr. Ray has returned to demand a full refund instead. We have since offered Mr. Ray store credit in excess of our first-time customer guarantee (despite the unusual length of time since the original order was placed), which he refused. We also offered a full refund if he returned the product, he refused.
