This hotel is beautiful and the service was excellent. When I requested an extra blanket, the front desk staff was at my door almost before I could extricate myself from the really cool and comfy corner couch. Even the outlets near the end table were thoughtfully placed - plenty of room to charge my Kindle and phone while still being able to use them from my nesting spot. The location wasn't perfect for my needs, but if you are headed to anything in WKU's campus it would be great. It's basically in the heart of campus and you have to unload in the front and then go back out to park your vehicle. Since I was just there to meet a friend, that made it kind of inconvenient. Access to 65 was kind of a pain. I'm still glad I stayed there, though. They also offer a complimentary hot breakfast, served buffet style. I did not take advantage because it was pretty packed and I can't really deal with kids that early in the morning.

Let's start with the good. The staff was attentive and incredibly amicable, some of the best hospitality crew I've ever encountered on all levels. Major kudos there. The best I could hope for. The beds were warm and cozy, the room was clean, and the amenities were quite good. I never heard any noise from another room (a hotel rarity), and the central location next to WKU made it easy to go out for dinner and to get to nearby shops during our stay. Now the less great. Towels weren't delivered directly after our initial check-in, we had to go down and get them. Laundry bags for dirty items were not provided. The hotel parking garage drops you off outside, so if it's raining, there's no way to get inside without walking through said rain - a side door near the parking garage is presently disabled. (Thankfully, the gentleman at the front desk suggested we unload at the front door before driving around...) Provided breakfast is a mixed bag - few hot items. All said, not a bad hotel experience. The bits I disliked were relatively minor, though there's still places for the higher-ups in the chain to improve guest experience.

We stayed here one night.. the room was not clean.. there was a dead bug in the bathroom,a ant crawling in the shower, stains on the carpet, dust in a lot of places. Breakfast wasnt anything to brag about.For the price.It was not worth it. I went by the reviews and stayed here but was disappointed. The pros were the bed was comfortable and they have an outdoor pool.They staff is very friendly. But it definitely wasnt what I was expecting.

Positive: I loved the location and friendly staff. The ceiling in the room was high and that¿s a must for me, as most hotels make me feel claustrophobic. The room was really large as well, which was very nice for the price! Negative: I did not feel that they cleaned as often or as well as most hotels. It seemed like they focused cleaning efforts mostly on the lobby and 1st floor.
