Booked rental through Kayak. Less than 5 minutes to pick up vehicle. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Vehicle was clean and reliable. Return was easy. Would recommend and use again!

Don't rent here! I am currently a President's Circle level Hertz member. So I have rented plenty of times with this company. I just rented a car and definitely just got ripped off for an extra $98. Was told additional driver was free with AAA, so I said sure add it. Then I turned my car in about an hour after due time and on the receipt it shows the car actually got turned in almost 2 hours after I gave them the keys. I highly recommend if you do want to take a risk and choose to rent here, don't get any addons, be sure to look over everything on the receipt before you leave to make sure the people that work here didn't add "ADDITIONAL CHARGES" and be absolutely sure you turn the car in fully before you leave. DO NOT trust they will turn it in right away. I am proof they did not turn it in at the time I gave them the keys. They added 2 extra hours. Also, customer support—although nice—basically said nothing they can do. So whatever charges that this place just took from me, gone. You've been warned.

I haven't even gotten my car yet and have been dealing with nothing but lying, rude and disrespectful people all day. Kaitlyn the Store Manager was very rude and sarcastic on the phone. She doesn't know how to properly manage the store either as the Call Center shows availability at the location and booked my reservation but then she says she still has no availability all day. The call center escalated my reservation to the Management team and in which she still has yet to call me to explain why she has poor management skills and hasn't found a car for me yet since 9:30 this morning. Never rent from Hertz let alone this location. If I could give 0 stars I would because they don't even deserve 1 star.
