I don’t know what’s going on there recently, but my God, the coffee is atrocious recently. No hate to the staff personally, but whoever be making my coffee needs to learn how to actually make it. I get the same order every time I go, a iced hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar. I try and make it simple for everyone, but they mess it up every time. Either they put no sugar and no cream, or too much sugar and too much pumps of hazelnut. I’m getting annoyed because I never know what I will get from them. Update: It’s my own fault for going back to this location, but this is ridiculous. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive through for some iced coffee and there was only 2 people in front of me. I looked when I was up at the window and there was at least 7 workers just standing around, plus one in her car smoking (which get your break girl) But I will only go back here if I have 20 minutes to kill.

I went in today for one doughnut. The lady who took my order said, "just one? I thought you'd get a dozen and was just about to put my gloves on". I had taken a moment to scan all the shelves. "Are you sure you don't want anything else. Coffee? I'm not going to charge you for that". I got two free doughnuts, which was nice, but the entire exchange was strange. Surely I'm not the only non coffee drinker who wants just one doughnut? She made such a big deal out of it, and I won't be back to this location.

Always out of stock of half the ingredients required to make the refreshers. Every single time I’ve ordered a refresher with strawberry theyre out of stock. I’m a manager at Starbucks and I know exactly how easy it is to do inventory and order the correct amount of stock. There’s no reason for this location to be living shipment to shipment barely scraping by. Learn how to correctly order your supply or don’t have the items on the menu. It’s that simple.

Great coffee, fabulous donuts and I just love the jelly Munchkins! Really getting to really love the breakfast sandwiches also!
