We tried to return 4 cable boxes. All we wanted to do was have them take them off the account. Because we didn’t have the information they “require” including the last three months billing information, the three unimaginative customer facing employees couldn’t figure out a way to accept their own equipment back. They just didn’t care.

Yeah you're on cable input you need to select source on your remote and itll show a list from there you select each hmu until you find the one your plugged into
They were supposed to give us 2 things they only gave us one so now the service still doesn't work. There's no way to call them to verify that they're giving the right person the right thing which does not make any sense to me add slots of extra time on our part. This only proves what I thought.
That really depends on how busy the technicians are in your area. I would think you can expect a one to two day turn-around. You can also go to your local office and see if your home qualifies for a self- install kit.
