Really nice park. Plenty of picnic areas. Easy to unload the car of picnic stuff. Swim areas and lots of lake front views. Bathrooms have running water but definitely feel "campground"

The beaches are posted no pets. But you can have your pets with you anywhere else in park.

They have a no pets allowed policy. I hope this helps. They do have a website, and it has a list of rules in the section of, know before you go.
This particular area in not for overnight stay. It usually closes at dusk. It does cost 5 dollars to park and stay for the day.
