I went yesterday for a blended money piece, I was very excited to get this done since I have not died my hair in several years. I did not look at my hair as much since I was tired and everything was done at close to 10 PM. I checked this morning when I woke up and I am not satisfied with my hair. A top of the hair it looks wierd. On the right more highlights and on the left hardly anything. I can hardly see any highlights back of my hair. I did love how the staff and student was very nice. 08/04/2022 I tried to reach out but customer service seemed rude they did not transfer me to a director about the review and had no empathy. , I did schedule for tommorow but I just re dyed it my self. I do not want to go through it again. I am going to cancel the appointment.

Had a very weird experience when I showed up to my appointment. The day of my appointment I called once to ask if I can bring someone with me to the appointment, and another time to let them know I was running a bit behind schedule. My appointment was scheduled at 5:45 and the woman I spoke to on the phone at 5 reassured me I should be just fine as long as I'm there around 6. I walk in a 6:02 after leaving work early to rush and commute from 40 minutes away to make my appointment time. The first woman I spoke to behind the counter states they can't take me in because I was late. After explaining I was told it was okay to come around 6 she then states the lady who was supposed to do my hair, Autumm, actually didn't show up today. I was very let down as I made so many arrangements with my schedule to get here on time, and I called twice today to ask questions about my appointment, and neither of those times I called did anyone tell me I shouldn't come in because the stylist didn't show up. This was a very frustrating case of miscommunication. I rescheduled my appointment and spoke to one of the teachers there who reassured me we would be able to do something nice with my hair explained to me the process. She was kind, and I rescheduled my appointment, but I felt extremely disappointed and frustrated as I drove quite a ways away. This could have been easily prevented. Furthermore, upon coming in one of the girls behind the desk had an attitude, continuously saying it's because I was late, as if if I had gotten there 15 minutes earlier autumn would've magically been there to take me. Either way I wasted a lot of time making arrangements with my job, family, and long drive just to be told my hairstylist didn't show up. I am looking forward to my rescheduled appointment, but this situation definitely made me question the professionalism of this establishment.

I had terrible experience yesterday. The only star I gave is only for Gina and jasmine, who really tried to help me. I went there for balayage, hair cut and hair treatment. I was there from 10.30 am to 7.30 pm. When I booked my appointment they said we will be done by 3pm. Remind you, this is the longest time I have ever spent in salon. I know I have long and thick hair, but still. And guess what, they MESSED up my hair. The color I got was not even to close to what I wanted. It was dirty orange color which was no where close to what I wanted. I was very disappointed and I told them I did not like it and this is not what I wanted. One of their teacher said “we don’t have time to fix this, you can come back” like you kidding me!? So you want me to walk out that door just like this!? I told them, I don’t want to come back and that was the whole point to get all the services done today because I don’t have time to come back. Luckily, Gina came and tried to help me. They tried to get rid of that orange color. It’s still not what I wanted but at least it’s close to my natural hair color. But I’m still mad that they ruined my beautiful hair.

Wow!!! What a school. These teachers put a lot of care into their students. The students were great by the way. They put color into my sons hair. He's 8 soon to be 9. We did it as a gift for his birthday. It took him a minute. But they were patient as heck with him, and he looks amazing. I plan to go back and do my own hair. Thanks to all of them for the great experience. My nephew and spouse also did their hair. AMAZING!!!!
