I attended barber school here from Feb 21 to March 22 while attending we had multiple teachers quit and get let go. Very inconsistent the last couple months of attending we only had one barber instructor. This school main priority is getting peoples money and the main focus is the cosmo and esthi program. Poor communication when it comes to instructors and I can say I only had 2 instructors that were willing to really help and take the time too want to teach. If your looking to be a barber this isn’t the school. Not enough hands on and last I knew there was only one instructor working who just graduated 5 months prior to being hired.

I was a student at this school when they first combined the barbers and cosmos together. You will cut hair and learn a lot if youre going for the cosmo. Barbers on the other hand will get left in the dust. The barber instructors that they had teaching us were not up to par with the 20+ thousand dollars we spent to attend. One instructor graduated from the school MONTHS before he started teaching there, another instructor hadnt cut hair in years and was working at a gas station before he arrived. This school KILLED any motivation I had in this field and made me hate being a barber for the 4 years I was doing it, I ended up changing careers once again. I would give this school under 1 star if I could and would HIGHLY recommend people to look into becoming an apprentice.

Yes, a large portion of your education is spent on the salon floor practicing the techniques you learn in class. It runs just like a professional salon or barbershop.
No, I'm sorry we do not offer that service. We do offer a wig bank and offer free wigs that we style for free through the American Cancer Society's "Look Good Feel Better" program.
