I rent a large storage unit there and I'm thankful that it's never been broken into and I've never had any problems with any homeless people there and the staff is absolutely wonderful and very helpful I recommend this storage place to anybody who wants sleep at night knowing their stuff is safely kept

THEY NEED TO STOP TAXING THE PLACE EVERY YEAR THE BILLS STACK UP AND CEO ARE MAKING A RIP OFF HERE!
I'm not sure exactly for that size space. Last year through 12/18, I paid $206 including tax for a 10 x 20 unit. However, there is no electricity or garbage dumpster on-site for tenant's use. The yard is next to the American River; there are many homeless individuals who also store their personal items here.
