Website advertised $1 first month and gate access until 9pm. The first wasn't true because this location "isn't eligible for the promotion". First day we loaded up two SUVs to find that this single location only has gate access until 6pm and the office woman turned us away with two full SUVs at 6:02 pm. Loading then unloading two vehicles the same day was a large inconvenience, but management ultimately apologized for the issues and were able to resolve the issues to our satisfaction.
