Had a… “reasonable” experience here. Things you should know that are not listed on the website: $12.75/day parking fee, they surprise you with that at check-in. Half of the resort is under construction and closed off (this is the reason for the new surprise parking fee.) Staff was helpful, generally, but felt unorganized at times. Beds, pillows, and couch are rock hard. Kitchen is nice. Lots of uncomfortable and shameless staring from all of the construction workers. (Yikes.) The fitness center water-cooler stayed empty for several days, aka the gym is probably neglected most of the time.

This place was poorly designed. Not enough places to sit comfortably to watch TV or eat in the unit. Be careful, they charge you $12.95 /day resort fee on your last day! We will definitely never go back here.

left our ski jackets and a fleece in the closet and a couple of hours later, called to ask them to retrieve them from the room. no one had checked in and they told us they would check and then said no one found anything. then, somehow the fleece turned up. we were told many stories and even filed a police report. the thief got away with it and we were never reimbursed. the manager was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience. place has a weird energy, arrangement of the building is bizarre, hot tubs seem teeming with grossness and in general, i would never stay here or recommend to anyone. find another place.

This was a great place to stay! The all-suite rooms were really nice and the staff and manager were wonderful! They had multiple hot tubs and pools along with restaurants, bar and shopping all on site. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area! 😎
